Onboarding plan
All beginnings are difficult? That’s exactly what we want to prevent. We support your entry into TeamLife at FHWien der WKW with a 4-step onboarding plan. With different measures we make the start as easy as possible for you:

You will be assigned a mentor from your first day of work and have a direct contact person for all your questions.

A detailed training plan will provide you with the best possible support during your training period.

Regular feedback meetings accompany your onboarding process.
