Culture Eats Strategy for Breakfast & Transformation for Dessert.
In a world where everything is changing faster than ever before, companies are faced with the major challenge of continuously reinventing themselves. Although the need for transformation is clear, many organizations are failing because their corporate culture cannot keep up with the rapid pace of change.
We will shed light on precisely this area of tension and explore the complex interactions between corporate culture, artificial intelligence and successful transformation.
In this Alumni Talk, we will interactively address the following topics:
- What are the key levers for successful change?
- How important is corporate culture for the success of a transformation?
- What kind of leadership do we need in the age of AI?
- How can steering towards the future succeed?
Using best practices from leading companies, we will explore together how these companies have managed to overcome technological barriers and realize successful transformations.
