Is it true that people make the difference? “Out of experience I am convinced that successful companies distinguish themselves through winning teams. Superior talent is absolutely critical.” says CPM managing director Ronald Schuster.
This philosophy shapes the ultimate aim of the CPM Group: The development of a world-class sales talent program. The project was developed by 17 students from the Bachelor’s program in Management – Entrepreneurship, who founded a unique concept for a Sales Academy:
At the beginning of the Sales Talent Program, sales employees are assessed on their status quo. For this purpose, the students characterized Sales Target Profiles, which make it possible to evaluate employees according to the identified profiles and skills. In preparation for offering them tailor-made training courses as a result, the students designed six innovative modules – so-called “6Peaks“, which represent six mountains on every continent. These modules range from “The Power of Negotiation” to “Leadership and Conflict Management”, which bring the required skills and behaviors closer in a professional and interactive way. The Sales Academy is concluded with a “6Peaks” certification. As a final step, the students designed a marketing concept and a website.
Together with the project coach Katharina Rotter, market-ready results were developed, with which the students were able to inspire the managing director of the CPM Group Ronald Schuster in the final presentation. The CPM Group would like to launch the “6Peaks Sales Academy” later this year.
