How do you manage a boutique hotel in the heart of Vienna? This was the question our tourism students of the Bachelor’s program in Tourism & Hospitality Management asked themselves and visited the Almanac Palais Vienna.
Inga Löbach, Director of Human Resources, and Kathrin Frühwirth, Assistant Human Resources Manager, gave a guided tour of the hotel and explained the challenges and surprises of managing the Almanac Palais Vienna.
