At the beginning of October, students on the Real Estate Management study program had the opportunity to get to know a very special Austrian real estate company at first hand: Esterhazy Immobilien in Eisenstadt.
Esterhazy Immobilien is more than just a company. It is a piece of Austrian history combined with innovative property projects. During the visit, the students were given a comprehensive insight into the business division, which is responsible for the development, maintenance and management of numerous projects of supra-regional importance.
The guided tour of the baroque Esterházy Palace, organized by Mr Jürgen Narath and Mr Thomas Schrammel, was a highlight. The students were given insights into the special challenge of preserving historic buildings and at the same time making them fit for the future. Revitalization and the circular economy are at the cutting edge here. Modern projects such as the Hotel Galántha or the Neue Strand Neusiedler See demonstrated the innovative strength of Esterhazy Immobilien.
