November 27, 2024

Students from the Real Estate Management study programs had the opportunity to visit the DLH Logistics Park in Ebergassing on November 21, 2024 together with members of the Real Estate Cluster of the Austrian Logistics Association.

The park is located in Ebergassing, around 25 km south of Vienna, and is part of the LCE Logistikcampus Ebergassing, which covers a total area of 138,000 m².

The DLH Logistics Park is currently being finalized and offers a modern and efficient logistics solution for companies. It has a total area of 75,200 m², spread over 10 halls. The halls are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and offer a wide range of services, including storage, picking and packing.

Fabian Weyss, Senior Project Development Manager at DLH, gave a guided tour of the property and was able to pass on interesting information about the park and the logistics sector in general. For example, sustainability is a key issue for new buildings and the logistics section fulfils the requirements of the DGNB Gold certificate.

The visit to the DLH Logistics Park was a welcome change from the lecture room for the students. They were able to get an idea of the latest trends and challenges in the logistics sector on site and learn how a modern logistics park works.
