The Department of Management welcomed the invitation to the IÉSEG School of Management / IÉSEG Center for Intercultural Engagement.
Barbara Covarrubias Venegas, researcher at the Department of Management, Study Programs Human Resources & Organization, was pleased to receive an invitation to a research and teaching exchange at the IÉSEG School of Management, to one of the centers of excellence, the IÉSEG Center for Intercultural Engagement. IÉSEG School of Management is one of the top Business Schools in France, ranked 7th in France and 31st overall in the Financial Times Masters in Management 2017 ranking. IÉSEG is the first French post-baccalaureate business school to be accredited by the EQUIS label (European Quality Improvement System).
The aim of the research and teaching exchange was to establish a possible future research cooperation as well as work on possible ideas for joint projects, project submissions and joint publications. There are exciting links between the researchers and the lecturers regarding teaching and research, especially in the field of Cross Cultural Management and International Human Resource Management.
