Barbara Covarrubias – Editor of a collection on activities on virtual and Face-2-Face teams
Barbara Covarrubias Venegas, Researcher at the Department of Management, Human Resources & Organization, was pleased to be invited to become a co-editor of a publication that covered teambuilding activities for virtual and Face-2-Face teams. The editorial team consisting of colleagues from the USA and Germany was pleased about numerous submissions and especially about the diversity of contributions, which was reflected in the submissions.
The 30 best submissions are divided as follows in the volume:

- Team Building Activities
Leadership and human resources development are an essential area of human resource management and we are all more than pleased to have Mag.a Steffi Bärmann (Academic Coordinator at the Department of Management) and Dr. Barbara Covarrubias Venegas who have submitted their own contributions. Steffi Bärmann published an article titled “Team Activation: Network”, which lends itself to virtual and Face-2Face teams, while the second article addresses Team Building in virtual teams titled “Up in the Cloud? Trust and Team Building For Virtual Teams “.
