Papers for the IBES-led track at the 10th Responsible Management Education Research (RMER) Conference in Lisbon can be submitted until May 2, 2023.
The Institute for Business Ethics and Sustainable Strategy (IBES) of FHWien der WKW invites to submit works to the track “Emotional Intelligence for Sustainable Development in Management Education” at the 10th Responsible Management Education Research (RMER) Conference. The conference is taking place between the September 26-28, 2023 in Lisbon, Portugal.
This track explores how emotional intelligence can be integrated into educational programs at business schools. Emotional intelligence includes intra- and interpersonal competencies such as self-awareness and self-regulation as well as social awareness and empathy. The aim is to prepare leaders to contribute to the achievement of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The track intends to discuss past and current practices as well as stories of success and failure to the further integration of emotional intelligence for sustainable development in business schools.
