As part of our mentoring event, students on the Bachelor’s program in Finance, Accounting and Taxation not only gain valuable insights into the corporate world but also can interact directly with experienced professionals. In November, our first-semester students were able to get to know one of the leading international auditing, tax auditing and consulting firms: EY, Ernst & Young.
During the presentation by employees from EY Ernst & Young, the focus on a young and diverse corporate culture was emphasized. With an average age of 31 and 44 % female managers, the company demonstrates the importance of diversity and equal opportunities. The practice-oriented training of our students on the Bachelor’s program in Finance, Accounting & Taxation is an excellent fit with EY’s requirements, which is reflected in the successful cooperation in the past and the great career opportunities for our graduates.
The company is always looking for talented graduates who can develop innovative approaches to solving complex business problems. Internships and trainee programs offer valuable practical insights and allow participants to develop their skills in an international environment. Following the presentation, the students discussed career opportunities and everyday working life with the company representatives.
