The study program Human Resources & Organization is pleased about the international research exchange from the Czech Republic.
An important part of the internationalization strategy of the FHWien der WKW are international cooperations and projects as well as research or teaching stays abroad and corresponding stays of foreign scientists and lecturers at FHWien der WKW. For internationalization, the promotion of international dialogue and exchange in research, teaching and studies are of central importance.
The Department of Human Resources & Organization was pleased when the partner university “Technical University of Brno” (Czech Republic) asked if a Czech PhD student, Lukáš Mazánek, could visit our team here in Vienna for three weeks. The aim of the research exchange was the discussion about possible joint projects, as well as the exchange on current issues in the field of management development and new working environments.
Lukáš Mazánek has just completed his doctoral thesis at the Technical University of Brno in the field of “Leadership and Human Resource Management”.
