In an extra-curricular course “Assessment Center & Career Planning”, students from the Bachelor’s program in Management & Entrepreneurship had the opportunity to prepare for their career start or for a possible career change after their studies.
The course was led by Mag. Anna Hundstofer, Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting GmbH. Making use of peer groups and group works, the students reflected on the future of work concerning competency requirements for employees, analyzed typical job offers and discussed “customized” applications. Furthermore, there was the possibility to practice typical settings of application and assessment procedures.
