Belinda’s Bachelor’s thesis on “How expectations of generation Z influence the development of public fair concepts” was acclaimed by the jury and awarded first prize in the category “Best Bachelor’s Thesis”. The thesis included a customer journey oriented analysis of generation Z visitors on different public fairs.
Best Meeting Thesis Austria is an annual event organized by the Austrian Convention Bureau (ACB), which fosters academic research within the Austrian meeting industry.
