In the business field project with Siemens Energy Austria, students from the master’s program in Communication Management developed modern communication concepts for employer branding in the summer semester 2023.
In the spotlight of high competition on the labor market, Siemens Energy Austria, a subsidiary of Siemens Group specialized in energy supply, commissioned the students to develop a communications concept to increase awareness of the employer brand, especially among the young target group. The results of a market research conducted specifically for this purpose formed the basis for the concepts developed by five teams.
Alexander Peschl, Head of Business Development South East Europe at Siemens Energy, was highly satisfied with the course of the project:
“The collaboration was extremely profitable. There were a lot of ideas from the students that really surprised us.”
The project coaches Sieglinde Martin, Head of Department of Communication and Head of the Communication Management study program, and Christof Sauke from the Competence Center for Marketing were more than satisfied with the results as well!
