The 4th HR PROGRESS Business Breakfast on 8th November 2018 focused on strengths orientation: four experts presented in a slam format.
Social responsibility, strength orientation and the integration of people with disabilities were in the focus of the 4th HRPROGRESS Business Breakfast on November 8, 2018 organized by the Study Area Human Resources & Organization.
The Business Breakfast began with four science slams, in which four top-class experts presented their theses in a compact manner in just 8 minutes (default: pictures only, no text!):
- Dr. Daniela Ortiz from the FHWien of WKW asked the question “Fit for the future through social responsibility?”.
- Dr. Johannes Klietmann from specialisterne put his slam contribution under the motto “from the disturbing factor to the lateral thinker”
- Dr. Alexandra Zimmermann from the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt gave examples of what HR can do for the inclusion of people with special needs in the work process and
- Dominique Müllner showed how BILLA thinks and acts barrier-free “Inclusion at BILLA”
Afterwards there was the opportunity to exchange ideas with the slammers and other guests of the HRPROGRESS Business Breakfast during three round table discussions.
