“Well done!” was the feedback from the customer, the Ministry of Finance (BMF) to the participants of this year’s HR project.
The final presentation focused on the topic “Transformation process of an organizational culture”. The virtual presentation via Skype included an overview of solution-oriented and future-orientated concepts and methods of culture development, best practice examples of culture development as well as concepts and options for the evaluation of culture development in organizations.
We were very pleased about the visible interest and the numerous questions asked by our guests from the Ministry of Finance and the active participation in a diverting virtual role-play – well done!
