Within the framework of the elective course HR Management, our students of the Bachelor’s programme in Human Resources Management will be able to enjoy guest lectures with top-class speakers and leaders from the human resources sector during this summer semester. The beginning was made by none other than Eva Planötscher-Stroh, Head of Human Resources at Vereinigte Bühnen Wien.
“Pop-Up Recruiting”, “The Day After” or “The Cultural Values Movement” are just a few of the fascinating projects Eva Planötscher-Stroh talked about in her guest lecture “HR thought around the corner”. The coincidences and detours she used to get into the HR department and the hurdles she sometimes encountered on her career path were further captivating points of her lecture.
The reports about the Apprenticeship Week or the Career Centre in her former function as HR Manager at Ströck Brot were also particularly exciting. The fact that hard work pays off is shown by the many awards she has received with her teams. Eva Planötscher-Stroh received the coveted Award Personalmarketing Innovator in 2018 for her innovative recruiting methods.
