The expertise of FHWien der WKW’s Human Resources & Organization Study Programs is in demand at Austria’s national TV! The burning topic: Generation Y and working time flexibility.
New ways of working and related issues of working time flexibility are well discussed in academia and media. FHWien der WKW’s Human Resources & Organization Study Programs have been researching this topic for several years. Among other things, a model was developed that currently is used in organizations as a measuring instrument. The findings from research projects are consistently transferred to teaching, because new ways of working, new forms of learning demand and change the work of HR. At a meta-level, flexible and agile forms of organization are essential requirements that cause upheaval in organizations.
These topics are taken into consideration in the modules and courses of the Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources Management and the Master’s degree program in Organizational & Human Resources Development.
We were pleased that our researcher Barbara Covarrubias Venegas, was invited to ZIB 24/ORF 1 (national TV) to discuss this topic in detail on June 26, 2018.
