On September 18, 2018, we started the new academic year with the first Alumni & Co Business Insight, presented by HOFER. Dipl.-BW (FH) Sabine Karls, Managing Director of the HOFER branch Stockerau and a regional sales manager introduced the participants into the world of HOFER.
Courage, a sense of responsibility, flexibility and empathy were just some of the keywords that were written on the board at the end of an inspiring lecture at the Alumni & Co Business Insight with HOFER

Sabine Karls addressed the question of what makes a good leader and what it takes to deal with the demands of a large company like HOFER.
In addition to interesting facts about HOFER, the participants were also pleased to hear some anecdotes from the daily routine of a regional sales manager.
Afterwards participants had an opportunity for further discussions and questions.
Concluding, the speakers added a nice thought: We spend too much time on the job to do something that does not make us happy. Therefore, everyone should try to identify their strengths and to work in a job in which their strengths can be used.
