The Vienna Management Academy by FHWien of WKW has renewed its International MBA in Management & Communications: Starting in fall 2023, the continuing education program for existing and future managers will be conducted entirely in English. With only two attendance blocks per semester and predominantly online teaching, the three-semester MBA program is now even easier to combine with a job and private life.
Content and target group
The International MBA in Management & Communications is designed as a postgraduate continuing education program that is primarily aimed at decision-makers who would like to further deepen their management skills within the framework of an academically sound, yet practice-oriented course of study. In particular, the topics of internationalization and sustainability/corporate responsibility will be addressed even more strongly from September 2023, because “management tasks require sound business knowledge and strong communication skills. In addition, the ability to align companies and organizations in terms of future-oriented, responsible action is becoming increasingly important,” says Head of Program Manfred J. Schieber.
Scholarships for the International MBA in Management & Communications:
Start of studies: September 2023 Duration of studies: 17 months Admission requirements: Completed studies with at least 180 ECTS, at least 4 years of professional experience (or at least 2 years of management experience) as well as good English skills. The scholarships are awarded by a jury. The costs for the scholarships are borne by the Vienna Management Academy by FHWien der WKW. The deductible is € 6,500 for the full scholarship and € 13,000 for the partial scholarship. The scholarships are subject to the start of the MBA program in September 2023. If the program cannot be carried out due to too few participants (minimum number of participants: 10), the scholarships will be forfeited. A scholarship also expires if the scholarship holder does not use the scholarship for the study program “International MBA in Management & Communications” starting in September 2023.
The use of a scholarship for a study program starting later or for another study program is therefore excluded. Cash redemption of a scholarship is not possible. A scholarship cannot be combined with other price-reducing promotions (e. g. Early Bird, Alumni discount). Legal recourse is excluded.
