The new MLP Business Park in Vienna 22, where a modern business park will be built on an area of 55,000 square meters by the end of 2024, shows how. Real Estate Management students have already been able to get an idea of the development of the business park.
Country Manager Peter Falb gave a tour of the property, which consists of four buildings, and presented the sustainable construction concept. The aim is to achieve a holistic reduction in CO2 over the entire life cycle. In addition to a photovoltaic system, district heating for all areas and green outdoor areas, the MLP Business Park Vienna has also been certified according to DGNB Gold.
The flexibly divisible rental units offer space for users specializing in city logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing and light industrial.
