In the summer term of 2019, the lecture series “Current Issues of Management” starts a new round, where guest speakers share practical insights in various management topics.
In the lecture series “Current Issues of Management”, which takes place in the 6th semester of the Bachelor’s program “Management & Entrepreneurship”, economic topics are expanded upon and looked at from a practical perspective. Therefore, different representatives from well-known companies are invited to each session to speak on a topic.
Our first guest in this semester was Markus Fischer, head of sales for the finance sector at “Österreichische Post AG”. Markus Fischer, who also completed the Master’s program in Management at FHWien der WKW, offered interesting and diverse insights in the “Österreichische Post AG” and also presented career possibilities within the company. Additionally, he shared personal experiences and tips for the choice of a suitable Master’s program as well as insights into the work as a product- and key account manager.
As in the previous years, there was an open end with networking-possibility.
