Which employee benefits are particularly in demand on the Austrian labor market? Are there benefits with which companies can stand out from the competition? Our students in the Bachelor’s program in Human Resources Management are embarking on an exciting practical project together with our cooperation partner Edenred Austria.
In keeping with the motto “Studying real business“, our full-time students of the Bachelor’s program in Human Resources Management are devoting themselves to a practice-relevant topic this summer semester. Commissioned by our cooperation partner Edenred Austria, our cohort is to investigate the importance of benefits in the Austrian labor market for retaining and attracting employees and which benefits, depending on the type of company, are particularly attractive and popular.
In small groups, research and interviews will be conducted and analyzed with start-ups, SMEs, large corporations, government-related companies and career platform providers. To kick off the project, which already took place at the end of February, our students were invited to Edenred Austria’s new location, where they were warmly welcomed by CEO Christoph Monschein and his team and familiarized with the project.
The results are expected in mid-June. This project is accompanied by the lecturers Steffi Bärmann and Brigitte Hampel from the Human Resources & Organization study programs.
