How does the strategic positioning of a large bank work in practice? How are mergers and acquisitions processes implemented? Matthäus Nahajowski explained this to students on the Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting and Taxation.
Mr Nahajowski is head of the “Strategy & Investments” department at Erste Bank der österreichischen Sparkasse AG. In the “Capital Markets” course, he not only gave the students an interesting insight into the strategic orientation of one of Austria’s largest banks, but also presented them with practical examples of the implementation of M&A processes.
