Intensive research, comprehensive analyses, numerous interviews and creative methods led our students of the Master’s program in Organizational and Personnel Development to valuable results and impressive concepts around employer branding and onboarding.
With the task of developing new ideas and approaches around employer branding and onboarding for Caritas Steiermark, our students of the Master’s program went to work for three months in small groups.
With the help of intensive research, company analyses, surveys and many other methods, impressive concepts were created. In the subsequent discussion, the students were also able to underline their arguments for the measures they had developed.
Dr. Markus Riegler and his colleague Josef Url from Caritas Steiermark were enthusiastic about the final presentations. “The suggestions come at the right time”, Url is pleased.
The project groups were supervised by Brigitte Hampel (from the Human Resources & Organization department) and Barbara Covarrubias Venegas.
