This semester, our full-time students of the Bachelor’s program in Human Resources Management will have the opportunity to work on a practical project with HiPP. Already at the start of the project with our client, the students showed great interest. Andreas Geiblinger and his colleague Johanna Weiß from the Human Resources Team in Gmunden, introduced us to the exciting working world of HiPP and familiarised us with the task.

We are looking for new approaches and ideas to attract in particular technical specialists, since demographic change is transforming the job market even more strongly from an employer’s market to an employee’s market. For this purpose, target-group-specific employer branding and a corresponding recruiting process are to be examined using the thinking and methodology of online marketing.

The students will conduct research in small groups, conduct interviews, collect best practice examples and incorporate recommendations for action with their own ideas into their concepts. The results will be presented to the client in June.

The project groups will be supervised by Julia Magner and Brigitte Hampel (from the Human Resources & Organization Study Programs).
