On April 13, 2023 the taster seminar of the continuing education program MSc Digital Communication & Marketing started with almost 40 participants. During six evenings our lecturer Julian Koßmann from TheVentury gives exciting insights into artificial intelligence chatbots.
During the first session, the brainstorming for GPT-based chatbots was already on the agenda. The participants gathered in self-organized groups to work with like-minded people on their preferred chatbot ideas.
In the following sessions, participants were able to define their target audiences – so-called “personas” – and determine the conversation design of their chatbot.
With insights into different software tools for chatbot creation as well as the Open AI API, the foundation for the IT implementation of the AI chatbot prototypes was laid this week and the competition for the best chatbot prototypes is now open.
The team that develops the best AI-powered corporate chatbot by the end of the seminar, will win three partial scholarships worth 2,000 Euros each for the MSc Digital Communication and Marketing starting in the winter semester 2023/24. The partial scholarships are not transferable to other individuals and cannot be combined with other price reductions.
