15 students from our Tourism & Hospitality Management Study Programs took part in an exciting event organized by the Lufthansa Group and TUI Austria in mid-September.
Together with TUI Austria, the Lufthansa Group invited students to an exciting event in mid-September, which focused on networking and an immersion in the world of Lufthansa Group Airlines.
In the Schlumberger Kellerwelten, 15 students from our Tourism & Hospitality Management Study Programs were able to prove their team spirit together with other TUI colleagues in various games. There were a total of six games in which, on the one hand, geographic knowledge was put to the test and, on the other, students had to refresh their own airline knowledge and answer questions about seat categories and Lufthansa’s route network. In addition, the teams had to fly high: In a game to create their own (paper) airplane, tactics as well as spatial imagination were in demand. At the end of the event, there was of course a small prize for the winning team.
The event was accompanied by Schlumberger sparkling wine and finger food. It was an informative evening, where the fun for our students was not neglected either. A big thank you to TUI Austria and our external lecturer Denise Mach for this great opportunity!
