Gill world champion Adi Bittermann welcomed the students and lecturer Ralph Neuhaus of Ronge & Partner in his restaurant VINARIUM in Göttlesbrunn.

The students made an extensive tour through the restaurant and gained interesting insights into Adi Bittermann’s workplace. Afterwards, the award-winning chef impressed his audience with exciting stories from his life as a restaurateur and demonstrated his skills at the grill.

A tasting of grilled specialties prepared by the world champion himself was the crowning finale.
