With the introduction of psychology into companies, the stigmatization of psychological topics decreases significantly – to the health and emotional benefit of the employees and thus to the economic benefit of the company. This is exactly where the Certified Program Communication Psychology (FH) comes in and provides the right solutions to the increasing need for action by responsible and strategically oriented companies. The experiences, knowledge and perspectives of employees and managers are crucial for competitiveness and are therefore worth protecting and preserving.

The Certified Program Communication Psychology (FH) is offered as a purely distance learning course and follows a learning goal-oriented approach with action-oriented components. The focus is on building knowledge and expanding knowledge. In addition, the importance of the acquired knowledge for everyday and professional life is also conveyed.

Learning scripts created for the course are used to acquire knowledge and are worked on by the students in self-study phases. Students acquire the competence to apply selected communication models in a professional and advisory context in a situation-appropriate manner in order to optimize communication processes and avoid disruptions.
