According to the models of Prof. Dr. Schulz von Thun
With a focus on the models of Prof. Dr. Schulz von Thun, students in the Certified Program Communication Psychology (FH) acquire the psychological basics of communicative exchange in social relationships and organizational structures.
Students work out which requirements must be met for successful communication. Furthermore, current topics from selected psychological areas in which communication plays a special role, such as social psychology, as well as application-oriented areas such as organizational communication and development, media communication and communication in an intercultural context are examined.
After completing the program, students will know what prerequisites must be met for successful communication and where the causes of conflicts and difficulties in connection with communication lie and how these can be avoided. They will be able to successfully apply the communication models they have learnt to different situations and areas.
