Focus & Qualifications
Your path to confident leadership
The learning concept is characterized by a strong practical focus and competence-oriented teaching and learning methods. A combination of attendance units and self-study units is geared towards the needs of working students. The face-to-face units enable students to exchange experiences with expert lecturers with practical experience and with other students. The self-study units are aimed at acquiring the theoretical foundations and are designed in such a way that they promote an immediate transfer of what has been learned into everyday practice and give students the freedom to organize their time individually.
The program offers the opportunity for further education at university level and represents a closely interlinked combination of compact, theoretically sound knowledge and practical training.
Curriculum
The content of the three-semester Master’s program is based on the following key areas:
Fundamentals of management & leadership from a systemic perspective
Team skills and communication
Systems and Organization
Self-Management and Personal Performance
Quotes
This academic program gave me the tools I needed to be equipped in the area of leadership. The professional program and excellent trainers helped me to put theory into practice. For me, this training has been an enormous enrichment and I would recommend this educational path to anyone who is interested.
It's a lot about reflection. I do the program together with a colleague, which is ideal because we can reflect on our experiences together. I particularly like the mix of practice and theory. I find myself looking at many things in the company through a different lens. When a new project is presented from Group headquarters, I look at it through scientific glasses and recognize many theoretical approaches behind it. I can only recommend this mix of practice and theory to every manager.
Job & Career
The Executive MBA supports you as a manager in successfully managing organizations and achieving your career goals. The continuing education program strengthens your core competencies. It stands for sound academic and practical training.
You will analyze and reflect on your own leadership behavior and examine how systems work. This results in an overall systemic understanding of leadership. You will work on your values, attitude and authenticity. You will use coaching skills to further develop the skills of your team. You will return to your organization with a toolbox of practical models and instruments. In short: a course with the character of coaching and an academic degree. From practice to practice.
